Step 1: Contact Us

You can request services through our contact form or by email. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to learn more about your cat(s), understand their specific needs, and discuss how we can best support you while also answering any questions you may have.

Step 2: Schedule a Meet & Greet

You’ll be scheduled for an in-home Meet & Greet with Melissa, the owner and operator of The Meow Maid. This visit takes place in your home and gives you the opportunity to introduce her to your cat(s), review their care routine, and discuss any special instructions or questions you may have. A one-time, non-refundable $20 Registration Fee applies. During the Meet & Greet, you’ll also provide home access information, including a key and any required entry or security codes. If a separate trip is needed to pick up or return keys outside of the Meet & Greet, a $10 key handling fee will apply per trip.

Step 3: Set Up Your Account

Once you’ve met with Melissa, your sitter, and confirmed your service details and dates, you’ll receive a welcome email with access to our client portal. From there, you can log in to review and accept our policy and service agreement, and provide your client information and cat care details.

Step 4: Receive Confirmation & Pay Invoice

You will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your scheduled services. Please review it carefully and contact us right away if anything needs to be updated or corrected.

Payment is due one week prior to your first scheduled service. A $10 late fee will be applied to any invoices not paid before the start date. We accept payment by Credit Card, Check, or ACH.

Step 5: Enjoy Your Time Away

After each visit, you’ll receive a report card through the TimeToPet app, complete with photos, videos, and notes on how your cat’s visit went. We know you miss your kitty, so these updates let you stay connected and feel confident that they’re happy, healthy, and well cared for.
