Getting Started

You can request service via contact form or email. We will respond within 24 hours and begin by learning more about your cat(s), their specific needs, how we can best serve you and answer any questions you may have. You will receive a welcome email providing access to our client portal where you will log in, agree to the policy and service agreement, as well as provide your client and cat details.

Our sitter will contact you to schedule an in-person Meet & Greet. At the meeting you will get to know your sitter, as well as introduce them to your cat(s) and walk them through the entire cat care routine. There is a one time non-refundable $20 Registration Fee.

This is also when you will provide us with the details on how we will access your home. We can collect a copy of your key and obtain any access/security codes at this time. 

If your sitter must make a separate trip to pick up or drop off keys, there will be a key fee of $10 per trip.

You will receive a confirmation email detailing your scheduled services. Please review this carefully and let us know if anything is incorrect.

Payment is due seven days prior to your first day of scheduled services. A $10 fee will be assessed to services not paid for before the start date.

We accept Credit Cards, Check, or ACH payments.

We are here to handle everything from this point on! It's our time to shine and for you to relax while you're away from home.
