You can request services through our contact form or by email. We’ll respond within 24 hours to learn more about your cat(s), their specific needs, and how we can best assist you, while also addressing any questions you may have. You’ll receive a welcome email with access to our client portal, where you can log in, review and agree to our policy and service agreement, and provide your client and cat details.
Our sitter will reach out to schedule an in-person Meet & Greet. During this meeting, you’ll have the chance to get to know your sitter, introduce them to your cat(s), and walk them through your cat care routine. Please note, there is a one-time non-refundable $20 Registration Fee.
This is also when you'll provide details on how we can access your home, including handing over a copy of your key and sharing any access or security codes.
If the sitter needs to make a separate trip to pick up or drop off keys, a $10 key fee will apply per trip.
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your scheduled services. Please review it carefully and notify us if anything is incorrect.
Payment is due seven days before your first scheduled service. A $10 late fee will be applied to any services not paid for prior to the start date.
We accept payment via Credit Card, Check, or ACH.
Following each visit, we'll send you photos and videos through the TimeToPet App. We understand how much you miss your fur baby, so you’ll always be updated on your kitty’s well-being and can relax knowing they’re in good hands while you're away.
