During each scheduled visit, we provide fresh food and water, gentle play, affection, and a thorough litter scoop. We also handle simple household tasks, including watering plants, collecting mail, adjusting lights and blinds, and managing your garbage and recycling. If garbage day falls during the scheduled visit window, we’ll bring your bins to the curb and return them to the house afterward, helping ensure your home stays tidy, cared for, and well-maintained.

During your Meet & Greet, we collect a copy of your keys and review any security alarm systems. This allows us to provide reliable, timely visits without requiring extra trips. If a separate trip is necessary to pick up or drop off keys, a key fee of $10 per trip may apply.
We work with each client to create a key arrangement that is convenient, secure, and avoids additional fees whenever possible. Your keys are always handled with care and confidentiality, and you can rest assured that they are returned promptly when your services conclude or upon request.
To make sure your cat has everything they need while you’re away, please have enough food, litter, medications, and treats to last the duration of your trip. If you’re a repeat client, let us know about any changes in your cat’s health, routine, or preferences. This helps us keep your kitty happy, comfortable, and cared for just the way they like it!
Payments are easy through the Time To Pet app, which accepts ACH or credit card. We also accept cash if that is more convenient for you. Full payment is due one week before first scheduled visit.
